1. St. Michael’s Mount in Cornwall, U.K.
Located on an island of the coast of Cornwall, this historic place has a castle at the top of the hill. During low tide, a causeway from the mainland to the island is the only way to get here. 3. Moraine Lake, Canada

4. Crater Lake in Central Oregon, USA
An imploding volcano created the deepest lake in the United States and the ninth deepest lake in the world. Drive around the rim and look straight down two thousand feet into crystal blue waters that are another 2,000 feet at its deepest. Crater Lake should be included in your must visit place bucket for its natural beauty.
5. Grand Canyon of Colorado in Arizona, USA
Located on the Colorado River, this canyon form fifteen million years ago out of black rocks commonly found around there. Hence the name.
6. Subway in Zion National Park, Utah, USA
To get here, you have to hike for three hours and negotiate waist-high waters, and uneven piles of river rocks. What you will be rewarded with is in true Indiana Jones’ spirit, as the cliff walls close in on you and you witness the famous Wall Street.
7. The Mammoth Lakes in California, USA
Romantics will enjoy the heart-shaped hot spring smack dap in the middle of a stunning valley. Located in the Sierra Nevada mountains, crystal clear waters are the norm.
8. Uluru (Ayers Rock) in Australia
The world’s favorite bulbous sandstone giant at 350 meters high and over nine kilometers in circumference. Located in Tjuta National Park 440 kilometers southwest of Alice Springs. The aboriginal people hold this site sacred, so tread lightly.
9. Fox Glacier in New Zealand
Located on the south island, this 13-kilometer glacier is one of the most easily accessible in the world. However, large chunks of breaking ice make it too dangerous to venture up close. 11. Perito Moreno Glacier in Patagonia, Argentina
At thirty kilometers long, this glacier is volatile, it grows and contracts with the seasons. The force of tripped water causes a rupture every few years. Located in Los Glaciares National Park, its stunning blue peaks are a wonder to behold. The only way to quickly access it is by plane.
12. The Marble Caves in Chile
Located in Patagonia, you can only get to these caves by boat. The clear aqua waters come from the Andes Mountains. When the sun reflects off of these waters onto the cave walls, one is blessed with the unique light show. 13. Panjin Red Beach in China
This ‘beach’ is a large red marsh full of suede, a type of seaweed. The result is an ecosystem as rosy red as any bunch of flowers. The area is closed to the public, but there is a viewing area very nearby with which to take it all in.
14. The Wisteria Tunnel in Kitakyushu, Japan
The Wisteria plants are gorgeous enough on its own, but a tunnel made out of 150 flowering plants in about twenty different species? No wonder people flock to this tunnel from the world over. To get the full, jaw-dropping bloom, visit here in late April or early May.
15. Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia
Set in between dramatic waterfalls and rocky canyons sits a series of crystal clear lakes. They are shallow waters punctuated with gushing waterfalls, but swimming is not allowed inside the park. It is top 15 in our visit places list.
16. Cappadocia in Turkey
This is where you see the vast field full of hot air balloons drifting over canyons and valleys. The best times are at sunrise when all of the balloons take flight, and the sun casts a glorious orange glow over everything it touches.

Located on the island of Sark in the southwestern English Channel, this park is one of the best hidden gems on Earth. Rent a kayak and meander lazily through among the boulders and white-washed sea cliffs.
20. Mosi-oa-Tunya/Victoria Falls in Zambia, Zimbabwe
Mosi-oa-Tunya means the smoke that thunders. An accurate description of the world’s largest waterfall. Located on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. This place is truly blessed by nature with her unique beauty so you should add it in your must visit place bucket.
